Now your have your wardrobe all wrapped up, you want a little something extra right?! It’s time to get savvy with your credit card.

Pay on AMEX

On all your new gear (and groceries, for that matter!), you can clock up 1 Members Reward Point per dollar by using your Amex Platinum Edge Rewards Card at leading retailers, and burn them on super cool things from flights (to get you to Bali for that smoothie bowl!) to gifts cards or even credit on your account. So happy I signed up for mine earlier this year!

Set up a direct debit for your gym or studio membership

Not only does this often mean cheaper weekly rates and visits *huzzah!* but if you link it to your AMEX, you’ll be clocking up Membership Points without even knowing it!

Shop with a friend

Take a girlfriend out for a shopping spree and pay for it all with your AMEX, and then have her transfer you the money she owes. It’s a sneaky way to clock up more points and saves you both having to wait at the checkout!

Get a supplementary card

For your other half on your account (if you trust them!) and use them to rack up even more points!
Just make sure you drop them some hints of what you want by emailing this blog post as their shopping list, along with your sizing, of course.

Link your credit card to you Paypal for online shopping

Often shopping form the comfort of your couch doesn’t earn you points via your credit card the same way shopping in-store will. Try linking your credit card to your Paypal account, and use it for online shopping – you’ll rack up the same points as a purchase in-store! Plus, it keeps you doubly safe.
